Coaching for Improved Wellbeing

Would you like to regain control of your own health and wellness or add one on one coaching support to a company health and wellness programme? Maybe you would like to change eating, activity or self-care habits and move away from old patterns that no longer serve you well?

One to one coaching is a great way to gain a better understanding of why you may have behaved in certain ways in the past. Jo will support you in exploring thoughts and associations and in making changes to break unhelpful patterns, as you focus on physical and mental wellness goals.

As well as being a coach, Jo has had a life long interest in health. She has a diploma in nutritional medicine from Thames Valley University. She has run several marathons, is a leader in running fitness registered with England Athletics, is the chair of a local running club, and has set up and led a workplace running club. Jo is a working mum and type 1 diabetic who understands the challenge of creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle despite the odds appearing to be stacked against you.
