Jo Carnie

Jo is an HR professional and experienced personal development and team coach. She is accredited with the EMCC at senior practitioner level and has a management career spanning over 20 years. She has worked within both global and start up financial services organisations in HR, project management, training and technology roles. Jo has supported coaching clients through moves across public and private sector, education and charitable organisations. She has extensive experience supporting clients facing redundancy, as well as those transitioning back from career breaks or out of corporate roles to start up on their own. Jo also works on a voluntary basis through Macmillan, coaching people living with cancer.

Jo is working on the dissertation for her MSc in Coaching and Mentoring at Sheffield Hallam University. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Association for Coaching. She is a chartered member of the CIPD and has an undergraduate level CIPD qualification in employment law. Underpinning the health and wellness side of her work, Jo has a diploma in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University, is the chair of a local running club, and a leader in running fitness, registered with England Athletics.
