Jo Carnie

Jo is an HR professional and experienced personal development and executive coach. She has an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring, is accredited with the EMCC at senior practitioner level and has a management career spanning over 20 years. She has worked within both global and start up financial services organisations in HR, project management and technology roles. Currently she also has a role as a Programme Lead on a university degree level coaching programme. Jo has supported coaching clients through moves across public and private sector, education and charitable organisations. She has extensive experience supporting clients facing redundancy, as well as those transitioning back from career breaks or out of corporate roles to start up on their own. Jo has also worked on a voluntary basis through Macmillan, coaching people living with cancer.

Jo is a chartered member of the CIPD and has a CIPD qualification in employment law. She is also trained as a coaching supervisor. Underpinning the health and wellness side of her work, Jo has a diploma in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University, has been the chair of a local running club, and a leader in running fitness, registered with England Athletics. She has also worked as partner coach for an organisation specialising in the provision of mental health coaching in the workplace.
